مقایسه با گروه شاهد، مصرف داروی گاباپنتین در زمان اندامسازی فقط از نظر افزایش ناهنجاریهای هیدرواورتر و هیدرونفروز
معنیدار بود. با توجه بهوجود
گزارشهای محدود در مورد ایجاد شکاف در مغز قدامی نوزادان مادرانی که از این
دارو در حین بارداری خود مصرف کرده بودند، بهنظر میرسد که
میبایست مطالعات تکمیلی دیگری با زمان و مقادیر مختلف در رابطه با این دارو
صورت پذیرد . در رابطه با اثرات تراتوژنیک مصرف این دارو
در زمان بارداری اطلاعات زیادی در دست نیست لذا ضروری بهنظر میرسد تا مطالعات
بیشتری بر روی اثرات ناهنجاری این ماده صورت پذیرد.
در این مطالعه با استفاده از کاربرد مقادیر
15، 30 و 45 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم در روز در دوره طولانیتر، لانهگزینی و اندامسازی در
موشهای NMRI را مورد بررسی قرار
میدهد. گاباپنتین به صورت کپسول منظم رهش و پیوسته رهش
(طولانی اثر) و محلول تهیه میشود.
قرص گاباپنتین برای چی خوبه معمولی گاباپنتین برای افراد بزرگسال برای درمان دردهای عصبی
پس از زونا، معمولاً از 300 میلی گرم شروع میشود و ممکن
