Возможность рекурсивной закачки позволяет скачать содержимое целого сайта, например для скачивания содержимого некоторого веб-сайта, его страниц и ресурсов, на которые ссылаются эти страницы, можно использовать команду:
wget -r -p -np -S -c [URL сайта или страницы]
